Meet Jethro
I'm Jethro Carr, founder and director of Kitchen Academy. I've spent more than 20 years teaching people to cook in schools, community settings, cookery schools, corporate events and festivals across the UK.
My approach is relaxed, practical and hands-on, with sessions tailored to the people I'm working with.
