Alongside my work with schools, communities, businesses and private groups, I regularly teach public cookery classes at venues across the South East.
The Brighton Community Kitchen
I teach a regular programme of adult evening cookery classes at Brighton Community Kitchen in Brighton. Classes cover a range of cuisines and techniques, with examples including Bao Buns, Korean cooking, Ramen and Pasta.
The Open Bakery
I teach regular weekend cookery classes at The Open Bakery in Kemptown, Brighton, including classes exploring Scandinavian, Portuguese and Greek cooking and baking.
The Kent Cookery School
I regularly teach family cookery classes at The Kent Cookery School, including Sushi and Dim Sum sessions.
