10.00am – Arrive at venue for check in
10.30am – Refreshments – Divide the group into teams then choose your team names
11.00am – Get ready for cooking – Tie back hair, aprons on, wash hands and assemble in the venue to start cookery.
11.10am – Watch the chefs demonstrate recipe 1 (see below for options).
11.20am – Prepare the recipe 1.
12.00pm – Watch the chef demonstrate recipe 2 (see below for options).
12.15pm – Teams prepare recipe 2.
12.45pm – Teams plate up recipe 1 and 2.
1.00pm – Time to sit and enjoy the food
1.40pm – Clean down the kitchen
2.00pm – Break for afternoon coffee whilst venue is set up for the afternoons activities.
2.45pm – Afternoon session begins

Cookery Teambuilding Workshop Options
• Indian Thali Masterclass: A selection of different mouth-watering Indian dishes all served together. Dishes include Saag Paneer, Dhal, Raita, Curry and Chapati.
• Japanese Sushi: Learn the skills it takes to be a true Sushi Master. Learn how to prepare Sushi Rice, Raw Fish and make Nori Rolls.
• Chocolate Sensations: Choose from Heavenly Truffles, Sumptuous Brownies, Churros with Dipping Chocolate and other chocolates creations.
• Italian: Learn the art of cooking fresh Italian classics to impress your family and friends. Choose from Fresh Pasta, Tomato Orzo, Torta al Testo or Arancini
• Gastro Pub Classics: Learn how to make Modern British classics and how to present them with effortless precision. Proper Beer Batter Fish and Chips or different pies from Steak and Ale, Chicken and Leek, Steak and Kidney, Mushroom, Fish, Goats Cheese.
Afternoon Food Activities Options
Technical Challenge – From cooking the perfect steak, filleting a fish, boiling an egg and to creating a soufflé, your team will be tasked with a challenge that even gets the most professional chef sweating in the kitchen.
Choux Pastry Challenge – Croc-En-Bouche, Paris Brest and Choux Pastry Swans. Pastry doesn’t get any harder than choux pastry. Against the clock you will have to create a sensational pastry using all the tricks of the trade.
Mystery Box Challenge – Every team will have the same ingredients in their box and will have to design a recipe from scratch then create it against the clock.
Palate Test – First you will all taste a signature dish created by our chefs. The first challenge is to recognise as many of the ingredients as you can. The next step is to recreate this masterpiece.

If overnight accommodation is required we can arrange this. Payment would be made direct to the hotel by each delegate. Prices for the room, three course dinner and full English Breakfast from £125.00.
